Operation HOPE Receives $150K Grant from The UPS Foundation to Empower Underserved Communities PDF Print E-mail

The Financial literacy non- profit, Operation HOPE has received a $150,000 grant from The UPS Foundation, the charitable arm of UPS. The grant will be used to support the non-profit’s youth financial literacy, dignity and foreclosure prevention empowerment initiatives, including: Banking on Our Future; Banking on Our Future, South Africa; Banking on Our Future, College Edition; and Mortgage HOPE Crisis Hotline (MHCH).


"This commitment by The UPS Foundation builds from last year. We are pleased to be recognized again by The UPS Foundation for the work that we do to build dignity in underserved communities," said John Hope Bryant, HOPE Founder, Chairman and CEO.

 

“This grant will help us build self-reliance and ownership in communities that need it most.”
